In May 2019, the WILD Network and Black Women in Development hosted a Happy Hour to bring together women of color working in global development to share experiences and discuss challenges and strategies for creating inclusive environments in the workplace.
This workshop gave us insight into some of the obstacles that Women of Color face in the global development sector and we came away with tools on how we could be better allies.
