WILD Network Gender Equity Framework
We have created an internal tool, designed to support our work promoting women's leadership, equity, diversity, and inclusion in the global development sector. It will serve as the foundation for all of WILD’s programs, and will be used to review our programming and identify additional areas where we can add value to our stakeholders.
WILD is happy to open-source our gender equity framework to serve as a reference for both individuals and organizations, detailing the practical levers they can pull to promote gender equity. If it’s useful for you, we invite you to use it, adapt it, or build on it. If you do, share back what you learn. We can learn from you!
